Foundation Programme
Build the foundations for lasting success. Our 12-week Foundation Programme provides the tools, techniques, guidance and accountability to help you gain clarity, create direction and take meaningful action. Together we’ll identify what matters most, remove roadblocks and build the confidence to move your business forward.

Programme Two
Foundation & Business Planning
Everything in Foundation, plus
Laying the foundation for business development and planning for the future is what we do best. Time to get down to the nitty gritty: we will work on what you have currently, or create a fresh business plan from scratch.
Together we cover situation analysis, goals and objectives, strategies and timeframes, business overview, your product or service, your marketing plan, management plan and implementation plan. There’s a lot to cover, but that’s the point of working alongside you. We’ll get you there before you know it, without distraction creeping in. Now you have a plan of action, it’s time to embed it into your business.
Programme Three
Planning & Implementation
Everything above, plus
Turn your plans into extraordinary results. Creating a plan is only the beginning. The real success comes from implementing it consistently. We play an important mentoring role, keeping you and your business on track, the energy flowing and motivation high.
We will check in on plans, identify what needs further action and record your progress. Once the implementation support is complete, we’re on standby for top-up sessions so you make the most of all your hard work. Implementation is where lasting change happens.

Once signed up, you’ll receive our Terms and Conditions and a contract outlining the days, times and venue for each session. What gets planned gets done.

Before the first session, you’ll complete our preparation templates, designed to get you ready so we start on the right foot.
