Terms and Conditions
Price
All prices are calculated in $NZD and shall be converted when and where applicable. All NZ prices include GST and will be clearly stated. All payments are required in full before receiving goods and or services, or as per previous agreement.
Programmes
If, for any given reason, a person wishes to withdraw from a Programme, or transfer into another Programme, an email of request to Gernius Limited (hello@gernius.com) is required for consideration.
If the request is accepted and agreed upon, arrangements will be made for any refunds to be processed in a timely manner.
Accessibility
Every effort is made to accommodate the needs of all participants ensuring all venues are accessible.
Support persons are welcome when accompanying their client; where possible fees will be waived for the Support person and when this is not possible, the participant will be notified in advance. Service animals are welcome; in the event that a facility does not allow service animals, Gernius Limited will advise the participant and fully refund any fee paid.

Respect
Programme participants are expected to treat other participants and facilitators with respect. Cell phones and electronic entertainment devices must be turned off or have the sound muted. Inappropriate, abusive, and/or disruptive behaviour will not be accepted. Disruptive participants may be asked to leave a session; it will be the responsibility of the programme participant to make arrangements to make up the session.
The business associated with this programme participant may be informed of inappropriate behaviour.
Inappropriate = Coarse language, racism, ageism, genderism, cultural slurs.
Disruptive = Interrupting facilitator or other clients, outbursts, talking on cell phones.
Abusive = verbal or physical gestures or threats.
Certification
Attendance of the full programme hours and completion of all assessment requirements, entitles programme participants to receive Gernius Certification and/or trophies.
Cancellation of programme before start date:
Cancellation of programme up to 4 weeks before the programme invoice date - 15% of membership fee is payable
Cancellation of programme less than 3 weeks before the programme invoice date - 30% of membership fee is payable
Cancellation of programme less than 2 weeks before the programme date - 60% of membership fee is payable
Cancellation of programme less than 1 week before the programme invoice date - 90% of membership fee is payable
Cancellation during programme:
A cancellation without notification or within 48 hrs of programme or session, incurs loss of programme or session. Sessions are specific to the agreed time frames and do not accumulate. This applies unless negotiated in advance. In genuine circumstances and at the discretion of the programme facilitator, follow-up appointments may be made if availability permits.
Behaviours
Cancelation
No refund will be given for:
Failure to attend a Programme in which you are signed up for; or
Withdrawal from a Programme once the Programme has commenced for any reason, including illness or an accident which may prevent attendance.
Withdrawal from a Programme due to illness or accident, may permit enrolment in the same Programme at a later date.
Waiting Lists:
If the number of registrations exceeds the space available for a session, a waiting list shall be created and registration forms shall be held, without processing payment, in order of when they are received. Should a registered participant cancel prior to the beginning of the programme, registrants on the waiting list
are notified in order until the opening is filled and payment processed, or another programme is made available.
Programme Cancelations by Gernius Limited:
Gernius reserves the right to cancel or change the content, delivery dates or delivery methods of any Programme due to a lack of demand for the Programme, resource unavailability or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Gernius Limited will not pay for any participants travel or any related costs under any circumstances, including in the event of a Programme cancellation by Gernius Limited.
If a Programme is cancelled or rescheduled by Gernius Limited, you will be given the opportunity to either:
• attend the same Programme on another date; or
• transfer to another Programme (any difference between the cost of the Programmes will be agreed and settled before the final registration is confirmed); or
• Receive a full refund for the cost of the Programme.

Gernius is 100% proudly New Zealand owned and operated.
The Gernius free 1 hour session, is designed for the assessment of the effectiveness of clients and their business. It is a consultation tool which is a process for clients who are looking for support with the transformation of themselves and their business.
Please note this free session is only available once and is subject to availability of coaches. These sessions are under no obligation and recommendations are made from this session to provide the best possible solution within Gernius Limited or referrals to appropriate professionals.
Sessions and Programmes can be delivered face to face or via skype, one on one and groups.
